At WFIA, we have reviewed all these new laws and are reporting on the ones that YOU need to consider in your operation. Most of these new laws are effective July 22, but we have noted this date information on each one. We encourage you to please distribute this report to all your staff members responsible for assuring that you are in state compliance with the laws.
In addition, we have provided a recap of the legislative session and our activities on your behalf. As you know, some victories are in the killing of bad bills. We thank all of you who have participated in our grassroots action program and persuaded the Legislature to vote in support of the grocery industry of Washington State.
