December Claims Tip  How does having an employment application help with managing a claim? Having an employment application allows ERNWest to get an idea of the injured workers' work history in case we need to look at returning them to work with transferable skills.  The rule of thumb in Washington workers' compensation is that if you break it, you buy it.  Using a thorough job application can help in preventing you from hiring your next costly claim.

Back Injury Prevention Safety Tip Overexertion is one of the more costly injuries an employer can incur, and one of the most painful types of injury an employee can sustain. These injuries are preventable and there are many resources employers can use for help and training.    Download the Tip Here!
